Matt Wilson is a three-time founder and co-founder of Jack & Jill. He previously co-founded and co-led Omnipresent, growing it to around 450 people in three years before its sale to Deel in 2025. Matt believes hiring is the most important thing a founder does and the single biggest determinant of where a company ends up. He studied Theoretical Physics at Oxford.
