Tamar Gomez is Co-Founder of Ankar, focused on helping research and innovation teams turn knowledge into breakthroughs. She previously spent nearly a decade building and deploying AI software for enterprises and governments at Palantir and Helsing, where she saw that while technical progress was accelerating, the systems behind innovation remained fragmented and manual. She holds a PhD in Game Theory from Imperial College London. In 2024 she co-founded Ankar, an AI-native platform connecting an organisation's R&D knowledge with external technical change, the right AI models and purpose-built workflows. The knowledge behind the next breakthrough is scattered across experiments, documents, literature and the minds of experts — Ankar turns it into a system that compounds.
