Andrés Rosales is founder and CEO of Primero AI, building the System of Intelligence for Latin America's largest enterprises and governments. He studied Physics and Mathematics at Harvard, conducted proteomics research in George Church's lab, and engineered machine-learning models for gene therapy delivery at Dyno Therapeutics. He then invested at 8VC alongside Joe Lonsdale, where he saw the forward-deployed model up close. He is building Primero out of Mexico City with a team of olympiad medalists and competitive coders, backed by General Catalyst, 8VC, Conviction and Kaszek. Primero runs inside some of the largest banks, manufacturers and industrial groups in Mexico, Colombia and Spain; where the operating knowledge that runs a plant or a collections floor has never been written down.
