Benedetto Vigna has been Ferrari's Chief Executive Officer since September 2021, consolidating the Prancing Horse's leadership across its three souls of racing, sports cars and lifestyle. He set out the Company's industrial plans in 2022 and 2025, outlining Ferrari's path to decarbonisation by 2030 and the industry-leading e-building for its next generation of sports cars. Before Ferrari, Vigna was President of STMicroelectronics' Analog, MEMS and Sensors Group and a member of ST's Executive Committee. Having joined ST in 1995, he founded its MEMS activities, establishing ST's leadership with major OEMs. He has filed over 200 patents and sat on numerous EU, Asian and American research boards. He graduated in Subnuclear Physics from the University of Pisa.
