Francho Garcia is Co-founder & CEO of Arkadia Space, a European company developing propulsion systems for satellites and space vehicles. In 2025, Arkadia became the first in Europe to operate a hydrogen peroxide-based propulsion system in orbit, and the fastest ever from founding to flight. An aerospace engineer with over a decade in the industry, Francho has held engineering, business development and management roles at Airbus Defence & Space, the European Space Agency, and PLD Space, where he was among the first employees. Since founding Arkadia in 2020, he has secured contracts with MaiaSpace, Reflex Aerospace and Dassault Aviation. He is building the propulsion layer of the new space economy.
