Hélène Huby is the Founder and CEO of The Exploration Company, one of Europe’s fastest‑growing space companies, developing reusable space capsules and high-thrust rocket engines. In just five years, she has scaled the company from a small team of 4 to more than 500 employees, secured more than $350 million in funding from top-tier investors, and built a strong international presence across Europe, the United States, and the UAE. She previously held executive roles at Airbus Defence & Space and ArianeGroup, leading major European space programs including the Service Module for Orion, part of the Artemis program. A graduate of ENS-Ulm, Sciences Po, and ENA, she has 4 children and her passions include cello, tennis, and ski touring.
