Meeting Tool gives you access to the most extensive, self-submitted database on startups and investors out there.
Join or create a company profile on the Slush Platform. Being listed as part of your company makes it much easier to land meetings.
Fully complete both your personal and company profile. This is the first thing others see after you send a meeting request.
Your profile is visible to all Slush 2025 attendees. Some info stays private: your pitch deck and any confidential financial or team details are only visible to investors on the Slush Platform.
You can also set your profile to not visible here.
You can send up to 50 requests at once. As requests get accepted or declined, or if you cancel some, you’ll be able to send more.
Your table number will be assigned shortly. You’ll see it in the Meeting Tool once it’s confirmed.
Click My Meetings under Meetings in the left sidebar. Find the meeting you want to transfer and select it. Then click Reassign in the upper right corner.
Each participant’s calendar can only host one confirmed meeting per slot in Meeting Tool. However, your co-founder can book their own meetings for the same times—that way, you can split up and cover more ground.
Currently, meetings are personal and tied to the participant who booked them, so it’s not possible to directly add a colleague to an existing meeting in Meeting Tool. However, you can share the meeting details with your colleague so they can join on-site.
Tables in Meeting Area seats 4 people.
No. Meeting slots only show as busy if there’s an overlapping accepted meeting.
Here’s how it works in practice:
Founder A sends meeting requests to Investor A and Investor B with the same proposed slots (say 8:15–8:40 AM on Day 1 and Day 2).
- Investor A accepts the Day 1 slot.
- Investor B now only sees Day 2 as available—Day 1 shows as unavailable.
25 minutes. You’ll have a 5-minute break before the next one starts.
