Iwona is one of the leaders and driving forces behind EU-INC, a campaign to create a pan-European company that allows startups to incorporate once and scale across the continent. She spearheaded the creation of the original legal proposal and now works through EU-INC, engaging closely with the European Commission and Parliament to advocate for the right design and help shape it into law. Previously, she spent nearly a decade at Entrepreneur First as its first legal hire, building the operational infrastructure that supported the firm's global expansion. She currently serves as COO at Project Europe and advises emerging fund managers on operations and strategy.
