Rachel is the CEO and Founder of Frontier Health, a healthcare AI company focused on delivering specialised AI agents to combat the workforce crisis. The company has raised $16mm in a round led recently by Atomico. Previously, Rachel led Palantir’s work with NHS hospitals, winning the £330mm NHS contract and implementing data integration software in over 40 hospitals. Rachel was at Palantir for 6 years and spent time working on core software infrastructure teams. Before Palantir, she was running a women’s health technology company that reached over 1 million women. She started her career investing in early stage technology businesses. Rachel holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Oxford and a master’s degree from London Business School.
