Ryan Beiermeister is a Partner at Founders Fund, where she invests in early-stage companies building in the categories where the engineering is hardest and the stakes are highest — AI infrastructure and agentic systems, defense, energy, and biotech. She spent fourteen years building products in some of technology's highest-stakes environments. Most recently she was VP of Product Policy at OpenAI, leading the policies and enforcement systems governing responsible AI use & safety. Before that she was a Product Director at Meta, where she led election integrity, public health, and youth safety product portfolios, and a VP at Palantir, where she led development of Gotham, the analysis platform deployed across military, intelligence, and civil agencies in democracies worldwide.
