Somesh Dash is a General Partner at IVP, where he first joined the firm in 2005. He invests in companies on the path to rapid growth within AI, Consumer, Health, and Infrastructure. Over nearly 20 years of investing, Somesh has supported companies through IPOs and beyond, including Aledade, Amplitude, Discord, Pure Storage, Rubrik, Snap, and Uber. His most recent investments include Abridge, Anthropic, Baseten, Cape, Cowboy Space Corp., and Glean. Somesh serves as a Board Director or Observer for IVP portfolio companies, including H1, Hello Heart, Lyra Health, Motive, Obsidian Security, Pindrop Security, and Thrive Global. Outside of IVP, Somesh serves on the Advisory Councils or Boards at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
