Valentin Neumann is on a mission to free auditors from checklists and tedious tasks. As co-founder and CEO of Cortea, he is building AI agents that automate routine audit work so professionals can focus on guiding businesses and safeguarding trust. A self-taught developer, he launched his first loyalty-tech SaaS at 14 and grew it to multi-million-euro ARR. He later joined audibene as an early employee, helping scale the hearing-care company to over 1,500 people and €200 million in revenue across eight countries — leading sales, operations and country launches before heading the tech org as CTO. Cortea began with conversations with his long-time friend and co-founder Philipp, a former auditor. He envisions a future where AI completes every audit, turning auditors into trusted advisers.
