Vojtech is a communications leader with a 20-year career working with startups in Europe and the US. He is a co-lead of EU Inc. He is also a co-founder of Not Optional, the campaign that reformed employee stock option rules across Europe. Until June 2026, Vojtech was VP of Communications at Index Ventures, where he spent 12 years, leading global communications and the firm's policy and government relations work in Europe. Over that time he advised more than 200 founders and CEOs from seed to IPO.
