Zechen Ma

at
Elva

Zechen Ma is the co-founder of Elva, the AI-native immigration and relocation company helping teams move global talent without the complexity. He was previously a partner at Wave Ventures, where he built Europe's largest VC fund led by Gen Z investors. He founded Elva after seeing hypergrowth companies run into the challenges of international hiring and employee relocation, still handled manually by consultants over email. Elva now serves some of the most ambitious companies growing internationally across Europe and the US, and is backed by notable VCs and founders, including the co-founder of Slack. Zechen was previously a national team-level badminton player.
