“Cozy, homelike wine bar-restaurant in northern Helsinki. Damn good food. There's always beef tartare (apple, pecan, a light aïoli and water cress). The sourdough and syrup glazed malt loaf is a test of self control. Poached leeks come with a creamy mussel and gorgonzola sauce. A flaky piece of cod is served with a well balanced pumpkin and sake broth. The dessert features pear, tonka beans and not too sweet caramel.”
