Villa Upinniemi
Villa Upinniemi is a secluded seaside venue in Kirkkonummi, just 35–40 minutes from central Helsinki. Located on a historic 30-hectare estate, the fully renovated villa combines panoramic sea views, flexible event spaces, modern AV and hybrid-meeting technology, high-speed Wi-Fi and a professional kitchen. It is ideal for investor dinners, executive meetings, networking events, seminars and private celebrations.
The venue accommodates intimate private dinners for up to 15 guests, seated catering for up to 50 guests and cocktail-style events for up to 80 guests. Catering can be arranged through trusted local partners, or guests may bring their own chef and beverages by prior agreement.
For a distinctive Finnish experience, the programme can include Villa Upinniemi’s legendary 1960s smoke sauna, modern spa facilities, hot tub, steam and electric saunas, sea swimming and optional outdoor activities. Accommodation and additional programme services can be arranged through selected partners.
Extra services
On-site chef/catering, concierge service 24/7, private driver on-demand or 24/7, photographers and guards are available at request.
