Eléonore Crespo is co-founder and co-CEO of Pigment, an AI-powered business planning and performance management platform where she leads the company’s business and go-to-market teams and strategy. Before co-founding Pigment with Romain Niccoli, the co-founder and former CTO of Criteo, Eleonore was an investor at Index Ventures where she spearheaded investments into a variety of European unicorns. Prior to Index Ventures, she worked as a financial analyst at Google where she advised the EMEA President and CFO on strategy and planning. Her experiences at both Google and Index gave her a front-row seat to the pain points of traditional planning tools - an insight that ultimately led to the creation of Pigment.
