Malte Kosub is the Co-Founder and CEO of Parloa, one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies. With its AI Agent Management Platform (AMP), Parloa takes customer experience to a new level, automating contact and call centers through AI agents. Founded in 2018, Parloa now employs over 300 people and operates offices in Berlin, Munich, and New York. The company is a strategic partner of Microsoft, PwC, and KPMG and has received multiple international awards. Before Parloa, Malte founded the Conversational AI agency Future of Voice and the e-commerce startup Wandnotiz. He studied at the University of Hamburg, Harvard University, and MIT, and is a faculty member at the Futur/io Institute. He splits his time between Berlin and New York.
