Cancellation Policy
For the Slush Group Stay hosted by StayingBee:
Pending – Your booking request is not yet accepted. You can cancel anytime and receive a full refund.
Accepted – Your booking has been accepted by the host. You can still cancel and receive a full refund until the stay moves to “Locked in".
Locked in – Once the required number of guests is reached, the booking is confirmed. At this stage, cancellations are non-refundable.
For Private Stays on StayingBee
Cancellation policies are set by individual hosts. In most cases, guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
