In this capacity and now through three acquisitions, she directs the organization to execute against the thesis of each deal. Prior to founding Metropolis, Courtney was the Regional Head of Asia Pacific Product Strategy for BlackRock Alternative Advisors where was responsible for driving the development and execution of strategic business development priorities across Greater China, South Korea, and Southeast Asia and managed more than $3 billion in client assets across a diverse base of institutional investors.
