Dianne is Head of Research Product Management at Anthropic. She and her team work at the intersection of research and product commercialization to bring the magic of AI to users and developers. She joined Anthropic as the first technical product manager when the product org was five engineers. Her team most recently launched Claude Sonnet 4.5 and Haiku 4.5, widely regarded as among the top foundation models in the world today and particularly suited for coding, visual understanding, and agentic tasks. She has been working in AI for the last five years, including leading ML model development at Alexa AI.
