Jonathan Sanders is the Founder & CEO of Light, the world’s leading AI-native finance platform built to replace legacy ERPs. Before founding Light, Jonathan led global payments at Pleo, helping scale the company from 20 to 800 employees and expanding its infrastructure across Europe. He later co-founded the fintech startup Juni, building modern banking tools for digital businesses. After witnessing firsthand how traditional ERP systems slowed growth at every company he joined, Jonathan decided to take on the problem himself; rebuilding finance from the ground up. In 2022, he founded Light with a team of mathematicians, physicists, and engineers from Spotify, Google, Klarna, and AWS.
