Lara Smith Weber is the Chief Financial Officer at Inari, the SEEDesign™ company developing seeds that address the world’s needs. To this role, she brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in finance and strategy for publicly traded companies in the U.S. and Europe. Her demonstrated history working in biotechnology helps Inari build innovative corporate solutions and equips the organization with the resources to achieve their goal of building a more sustainable global food system. Lara joined Inari from ONWARD Medical, where she served as Chief Financial Officer. She previously held a variety of financial leadership roles, including at MorphoSys AG including US CFO and Senior VP Controlling and Corporate Finance, where she led its Nasdaq IPO.
