Before Hades, Max founded Wecorp Industries and served as an officer in the military, experiences that shaped his bias for rigorous execution in high-stakes environments. He now leads a world-class team of physicists, engineers, and operators, backed by leading European investors, to bring next-generation subsurface technology from lab to large-scale operations.
