Osman Ramadan is the Co-Founder of Agemo, the company behind CodeWords — an AI-native, chat-to-automation platform that lets anyone build workflows simply by chatting. Before starting Agemo, he spent several years at Microsoft, where he helped push language models from research into production. At Microsoft, Osman led federated learning efforts at SwiftKey — training on-device language models that protect user privacy — and developed AI search and recommendation systems for Office 365. He also led Microsoft’s ML & NLP Guild, mentoring teams across London, Hyderabad, and Redmond to bring cutting-edge AI research into everyday products.
