Pepe hails from Barcelona and moved to Silicon Valley in 2008, eager to surround himself with other entrepreneurs and learn from them. There, he was a key leader of Chartboost (backed by Sequoia, acquired by Zynga in 2021), a mobile advertising platform that gives developers tools for user acquisition and monetization. After selling Chartboost to Zynga, Pepe joined Pear VC, where he works closely with founders to help develop and optimize their go-to-market, sales, and growth strategies. 2 years ago he moved back to Europe with his family.
