Rohit Shawarikar is the Co-founder & COO of Phaseshift. With an Oxford MBA and over 17 years of experience in operations, technology, and customer experience, Rohit has a passion for delivering excellence and innovation across various industries and markets. At Google, Rohit lead an international strategy & operations team to deliver great customer experience for ~XX m million users of Hardware, e-Commerce and subscription services via direct channels and external partners. Delivered 90%+ CSAT and 30+ (NPS).
In his previous role as the Head of Customer Experience for Google Devices and Services, he established the customer care function for APAC business, built external partnerships, and developed a high-performing team to support new product launches in APAC. Rohit implemented multiple strategic projects to reduce contact rates, increase customer satisfaction, and drive product localization. Additionally, Rohit is a mentor and investor in multiple start-ups based in India and the US, focusing on the emerging role of technology to support lives that are longer, healthier, and more rewarding.
