Ula is the Co-founder & CEO of Level Zero Health, a London/SF biotech startup pioneering intermittent and continuous hormone monitoring. Using advanced nanotechnology and DNA-based sensors, their minimally invasive device aims to deliver clinical-grade hormone data in real time, enabling at-home insights for individuals and clinicians alike. Starting with IVF and Low Testosterone, Level Zero Health is transforming how hormonal health is measured and managed. The company has been named one of TechCrunch’s Top 20 Startups Worldwide and Top 20 Women’s Health Companies in the UK, and secured Europe’s largest pre-seed round ($6.9M) led by a female-founded team.
Previously, Ula studied Computer Science and Neuroscience and has delivered complex technical and commercial projects across startups. She was an Enterprise Tech Lead at Palantir, where she launched a central engineering team and drove go-to-market and product strategy for advanced infrastructure - leading cross-functional teams and securing major contracts.
