Maria Teresa is the founder & CEO of endogene.bio, a company focused on developing biomarkers for female health. With a background in biophysics, she has extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, including roles at Merck KGaA as Fertility Global Portfolio Expansion Manager and as part of their in-house consulting team. She holds a PhD in Medical Devices, completed in collaboration with Cochlear LTD. Maria Teresa also lectures on FemTech in the Cambridge Masters in Bioscience Enterprise program.
