Naeem Ishaq leads Checkr’s finance organization and has 20 years of leadership experience at companies like Circle, Salesforce, and Square. With a proven track record of driving success in high-growth and turnaround scenarios, he has scaled businesses globally and played a critical role in Square’s 2015 IPO. As one of the first 1% of hires at Square and Salesforce, he has thrived as an early-stage employee as well as at large public companies like Intel.

He has scaled teams to over 300 members across diverse functional areas, including outside of core finance, and he has raised over $1.5 billion in capital and participated in more than 40 M&A transactions. Naeem graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California – Davis.
