Dmitry Gurski is the Co-founder and CEO of Flo Health, the leading women’s health app with 70 million monthly active users. A serial entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist, Dmitry was inspired to create Flo by his personal observations of the challenges women face in healthcare. Under his leadership, Flo has transformed from a period tracker into a comprehensive health platform, further enhanced by the Pass it On Project, which provides free Premium access to up to 1 billion women across 66 countries, in partnership with UNFPA. This initiative aims to bridge healthcare disparities by offering detailed cycle tracking, expert content, and virtual assistance.

In addition to his role at Flo, Dmitry is a partner at Palta, co-founding several successful startups, including Simple App and MSQRD (acquired by Facebook). He also co-founded Edu4Future, a nonprofit focused on nurturing tech innovators and socially responsible entrepreneurs. Prior to Flo, he founded Ideanomix, a publishing house that produced over 1,500 educational titles. Dmitry holds an MBA from Kozminski University, a Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutics and Drug Design from Belarusian State University, and is an alumnus of the Stanford Executive Program, reflecting his diverse expertise in technology and health sciences.
