Emma Lehikoinen is the COO at Swappie, where she has been leading the business side of the fastest growing scaleup in Europe since fall 2021. Emma joined Swappie at the beginning of 2020 as part of the expansion team, subsequently leading it and bringing outstanding results across the region, among which the amplification of the number of countries the company operates in from 4 to 15 in just over a year. Emma has for years been an integral part of the startup ecosystem in Europe. Prior to joining Swappie she was the President of Slush, one of Europe’s biggest startup & tech events, where she had the opportunity to work with the global startup ecosystem. In her personal time, Emma loves to travel and spend time hiking across the beautiful Finnish scenery.
