Jen oversees operations and actively invests for Initialized, leveraging her experience as a product and user experience executive to guide companies to product-market fit. She also works closely with founders on leadership and growth areas including hiring diverse teams, co-founder conflict, and leading with empathy.

Prior to joining Initialized, she was chief product officer at Reserve, an Expa-funded hospitality platform that connects restaurants and diners. Before that, she was the founder and CEO of a boutique consultancy where she worked with companies like Apple, Chase, Nordstrom, Starwood Hotels, and Twitter. She’s one of a handful of women to manage a $3.2B fund in the U.S.
