Q is a trusted advisor to founders, C-Suites, people executives, and reputed global accelerator programs like Techstars and PeopleTech Partners. He is a mission driven business-minded leader, advisor, speaker and executive coach with a focus on people strategy and business operations. He provides valuable insights and drives sustainable change from his extensive first hand experience across his own startups, venture growth, private equity, management consulting, and Fortune 100 companies.

Currently, as the Chief People & Communications Officer at Paper, he oversees public relations, internal and external communications, and the people team, including recruiting. Before joining Paper, Q joined Airbnb in 2018 as its first global people ops leader. He played a key role in designing and implementing Airbnb’s people and talent operations function, guiding the company through significant milestones such as hyper growth, pandemic responses, workforce restructuring, IPO, and the future of work.

One of Q’s notable achievements was the ideation and incubation of Airbnb’s Digital Nomad program in 2020. This program eventually evolved into Airbnb’s formal Live & Work Anywhere program in 2022. By leveraging Airbnb’s existing business model, Q helped position the company as an industry leader in the future of work, enabling employees to live and work from anywhere. To support this initiative, Q spearheaded the creation of a global Center of Excellence (COE) that brought together various teams to drive the vision and enhance the employee experience and business growth collectively.

Q is also passionate about personal growth and continuously seeks to acquire new skills. He is an avid traveler, always exploring new destinations and cultural experiences. Furthermore, his love for music and film has led him to support emerging artists and filmmakers through his own record label and executive production roles for independent films.
