Riccardo Zacconi was a co-founder of King and continued to serve as company Chairman until 2020, having served as CEO from 2003 until 2019. King has 271m active users playing games across its 200 mobile, social and web titles, including hit franchise Candy Crush Saga. Riccardo led King’s listing on the NYSE in 2014, and in 2016 was acquired by Activision Blizzard for $5.9bn. Riccardo is co-founder of tech angel fund sweet capital and founder of the PTEN Research Foundation for rare genetic diseases.
