Rina Onur Şirinoğlu is the Co-Founder and CEO of Spyke Games, a leading mobile gaming company focused on social casual games, that has raised a $55M Seed round led by Griffin Gaming Partners. Built by former employees and leaders from Peak, Zynga and Riot Games, Spyke Games’ mission is to create joyful casual experiences on mobile that connect and unite users across the globe for years to come. Prior to Spyke, Rina was also the co-founder of Peak Games and 500 Istanbul.

Rina co-founded Peak in October 2010 and helped raise $35M for the company from leading VCs. During her time, Rina led the product teams and multiple studios at Peak, which was acquired by Zynga in 2020 for $1.8Bn, becoming Turkey’s first unicorn.

Rina is also the founder of 500 Istanbul, an early stage VC fund focused on technology companies in Turkey and the diaspora. Through the fund, Rina was one of the first investors in unicorns such as Carbon Health, BilliontoOne and Insider.

Prior to venturing into the Turkish startup ecosystem, Rina has worked as an investment banker for Morgan Stanley and as an investor at Turkven Private Equity. Rina holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and is a member of the World Economic Forum: Global Shapers Istanbul Hub.
