Robert Lacher is Founding Partner at Visionaries Club, a European early-stage VC firm that partners with B2B companies from its offices in Berlin and London.
An entrepreneur first and foremost, Robert co-founded Visionaries after serving as Founding Partner at La Famiglia, another early-stage VC. He drove La Famiglia’s formation and early vision and continues to manage its first seed fund, which remains independent.
As an investor, Robert has backed over 75 companies, including Deel, Personio, Forto, Pigment, Tacto, Miro, Yokoy, and Apron. Prior to this, Robert founded the fashion platform AMAZE, which was acquired by Zalando in 2016.
He began his career at Boston Consulting Group and holds degrees in engineering and business from RWTH Aachen, University of Cambridge, Imperial College London, and Harvard University.
