Silvija Martincevic is the CEO of Deputy, a global people platform for hourly work that serves 330,000 workplaces and 1.5 million shift workers worldwide. Before Deputy, Silvija was Chief Commercial Officer at Affirm, a Silicon Valley-based fintech, where she scaled the company from 6,500 to 200,000 customers and grew revenue from $100 million to $1.3 billion. She also built industry-leading partnerships with industry giants like Shopify, Walmart, and Amazon.
Earlier in her career, Silvija was the Chief Operating Officer at Groupon, overseeing operations in Europe, Australia, and Asia. She also co-founded Zenna Financial Services, focusing on impact investing. Silvija holds an MBA in Econometrics and Statistics from the University of Chicago and serves on the board of Kiva, promoting financial access for underserved communities.
