1-on-1 meetings between founders and investors

The investor speed dating numbers speak for themselves. In the past 4 years, Nordea’s 30 Investor speed dating sessions have produced over 2,5000 matches between Nordic founders and global investors. This year, Nordea will gather Startup and Growth teams from four Nordic countries, all providing valuable insights and networks for the founders joining Slush.

Nordea financing growth

Nordea has made a big impact on financing startups at Slush both through venture capital and growth funds. During difficult financial times, it is more important than ever to help startups find the right mix of loans and venture capital. This is where Nordea comes to play. Without taking stake ownership, they offer growth loan solutions usually backed by guarantee schemes in cooperation with their extensive network.

How to take part in the matchmaking

During the fall of 2023, there will be two online Investor speed date events organized, where Nordic founders have a chance to meet investors all around the world in 1:1 meetings. This curated matchmaking event makes sure that the company and investors have mutual interest and historically 92% of the companies who have attended the event, have had meeting/meetings with investors.
