Jessica is a seasoned executive who joined TCV in 2021 as a Venture Partner, working with TCV’s B2C team and portfolio companies. An experienced operational leader, building teams and cultures at scale, she was most recently the Chief Talent Officer at Netflix. She spent over 11 years at the company on two different tours, helping to scale the team and culture to pivot from shipping physical DVDs to making content all around the world. Previously, Jessica was also the Chief People Officer for Scopely and the Head of People for Coursera.

Jessica currently sits on the board for Public.com and Jfrog.
